SpannYourDreams is operated by Kenyatta Spann, a mortgage strategy consultant. When you submit information through this site, you're sharing it with Kenyatta directly so she can help you understand your financing options and connect you to the right path forward.

02Information We Collect

We only collect information you choose to give us. When you complete the lead form, we collect:

Contact Information

• First and last name
• Email address
• Phone number
• City or location of the property you're interested in

Loan-Related Information

• Type of property (single-family or commercial)
• Loan purpose (purchase, refinance, investment, etc.)
• Estimated purchase price or loan amount
• Timeline for closing
• Estimated credit range (optional)
• Estimated down payment (optional)
• Any notes or details you choose to share

We do not collect: Social Security numbers, full credit card numbers, bank account details, or sensitive identity documents through this website. Those are only collected — securely — if and when you choose to start a formal loan application through one of our licensed lending partners.

03How We Use Your Information

The information you submit is used only for the following purposes:

• To respond to your inquiry and discuss your loan goals
• To match you with the lending partner whose products best fit your situation
• To follow up about your application or pre-approval status
• To send you information you've requested

We do not sell your information. We do not share it with third parties for marketing purposes. We do not add you to mailing lists you didn't ask to join.

04Who Sees Your Information

Your information is reviewed by Kenyatta personally. If your situation moves forward into a formal loan application, your information may be shared with the licensed lending partner you choose to work with — but only the information needed for that application, and only with your consent.

Lending partners are independent licensed institutions with their own privacy practices. Once you begin a formal application with a lender, that lender's privacy policy governs how they handle your information.

05How We Protect Your Information

We take reasonable steps to protect the information you share with us, including secure transmission of form submissions and limited access to lead information.

That said, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. We encourage you to never send full Social Security numbers, account numbers, or other highly sensitive information through standard email or web forms. If you need to share that level of detail, ask Kenyatta about our secure document-sharing process.

This website may use minimal cookies and basic analytics to understand how visitors find and use the site. This data is aggregated and does not identify you personally. We do not use behavioral advertising trackers, and we do not sell analytics data.
